Terms of Service

By accessing or using PantryManna ("the App," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

PantryManna is currently in private beta. Access is by invite only. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time during the beta period.

PantryManna is an AI-powered pantry and kitchen management application that allows users to:

• Track pantry inventory, quantities, and expiration dates
• Scan receipts and barcodes to add items
• Generate AI-powered recipe suggestions from available ingredients
• Share a household pantry with family members
• Manage a smart shopping list

The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication and Google Gemini AI for recipe generation and item scanning. Features are subject to change during the beta period.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use PantryManna. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. The App is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

During the private beta, access is limited to users with a valid invite code issued by PantryManna.

You sign in to PantryManna using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

You may not share your invite code or account access with others outside of your household.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the App
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the App without our written consent
• Use the AI features to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or illegal
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these restrictions.

You retain ownership of any data you enter into PantryManna, including pantry items, recipes, and household information ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant PantryManna a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We do not verify pantry data, expiration dates, or recipe information generated by AI.

PantryManna uses Google Gemini AI to generate recipe suggestions and identify scanned items. AI-generated content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy, safety, or suitability of AI-generated recipes or item identifications.

You should always use your own judgment when preparing food, particularly regarding allergies, dietary restrictions, ingredient freshness, and food safety. PantryManna is not liable for any harm resulting from following AI-generated recipes or suggestions.

If you create or join a household within PantryManna, you acknowledge that other household members will have access to view and edit shared pantry data, shopping lists, and recipes. You are responsible for ensuring that household members you invite consent to this data sharing.

The PantryManna name, logo, design, and all software, text, and graphics associated with the App are owned by or licensed to PantryManna and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

PantryManna integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Gemini, Mixpanel, and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

PantryManna may offer paid subscription plans in the future. During the current private beta, the App is provided free of charge. If and when paid plans are introduced, we will notify users in advance and provide clear pricing information before any charges are applied.

All billing, if applicable, is processed securely through Stripe. PantryManna does not store payment card information.

PantryManna is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, spoiled food, allergic reactions, or other harm arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PantryManna and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to PantryManna at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us via the feedback form below.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify beta users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
